📄 Accurate Home Care Plans – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Accurate Home Care Plans are designed to offer ongoing maintenance support and discounted services to customers in Leamington, Warwick, Southam, Kenilworth and across South Warwickshire.

By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the terms below.

2. Membership & Payments

  • Plans are billed monthly via direct debit or standing order.

  • There is no minimum term, but we ask for 30 days’ notice to cancel.

  • Plan benefits become active after your first successful payment.

  • Missed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of your benefits.

3. Rolling Job Credit

  • Monthly credits (e.g. £10, £25, £50) can be used towards labour and or Material costs for eligible jobs.

  • Credits roll over each month.

  • Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Discounts

  • Discounts (e.g. 5%, 10%, 15%) apply to the standard website labour prices only.

  • Materials are charged at cost + margin depending on your plan.

  • Discounts do not apply to subcontracted specialist work (e.g. gas/electrical engineers).

5. Bookings & Availability

  • Standard and Premium members receive priority booking access.

  • Last-minute slots are offered on a first-come basis.

6. Included Maintenance Checks

  • Any included checks (e.g. emailed checklist, mini visit, full MOT) must be pre-booked and carried out during off-peak periods (subject to availability).

  • Checks include visual inspection and minor fixes where tools/materials are available.

  • Major repairs or upgrades will be quoted separately.

7. Fair Use

  • Plans are intended for domestic use only unless agreed otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to review usage if a plan is being heavily overused or misused.

  • Plans do not cover third-party damage, insurance claims, or illegal modifications.

8. Amendments & Termination

  • We may update plan pricing or features with 30 days’ written notice.

  • You may cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.

9. Liability

  • All work is covered by our 12-Month Workmanship Guarantee.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or access issues.
