Terms and Conditions of Business.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Accurate Home Improvements ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Work
2.1 We will provide services as agreed in the written quotation or contract. 2.2 Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may incur additional charges.
3. Quotations and Pricing
3.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. 3.2 Prices quoted are based on the scope of work provided. Additional work or changes may result in revised pricing. 3.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 The balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.2 Payments can be made by Cash / Bacs. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 8% per year.
5. Client Obligations
5.1 The Client must ensure access to the property during agreed working hours. 5.2 The Client must provide accurate information regarding the property and any specific requirements. 5.3 The Client is responsible for securing personal belongings and protecting the work area.
6. Our Obligations
6.1 We will perform the work with reasonable care, skill, and diligence. 6.2 We will take all reasonable steps to minimize disruption to the property. 6.3 We will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
7. Materials and Supplies
7.1 Materials will be provided as specified in the quotation or contract. 7.2 Any delays in the supply of materials outside our control may affect project timelines. 7.3 Materials remain our property until paid for in full.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1 We offer a one year warranty on workmanship and materials supplied by us, subject to proper use and maintenance. 8.2 We are not liable for:

9.1 Any complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of the issue arising. 9.2 We will aim to resolve complaints amicably within 14 days of receipt. 9.3 Disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with UK law.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Termination
11.1 Either party may terminate the contract if the other breaches these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions or agreements.
